Kunbivadhuvar.in is a matrimonial platform designed to connect individuals for marriage purposes. It is not a dating platform, and all activities on the platform must align with this purpose.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old (if female) or 21 years old (if male).
Users must be legally eligible to marry under applicable laws.
Accurate and truthful information is required for registration.
3. User Registration and Data Usage
Account Creation: Registration requires accurate and verifiable information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Data Collection and Privacy: We collect user data such as name, age, caste, religion, gender, occupation, and contact details. This data is used for profile matching, communication facilitation, and platform improvement. Data is shared only with necessary third parties such as payment gateways and hosting services for service enhancement.
Privacy Compliance: Kunbivadhuvar.in complies with global privacy laws, including GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), and India's IT Act. Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their data as per applicable laws.
4. Payment Policies
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and other globally accepted methods. All payments are processed securely via PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
Payment Gateway Policies: Payment processing is managed by trusted third-party providers. The platform supports multiple payment gateway services to ensure compliance with international and regional payment norms. For users in India, payments comply with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). For international users, we adhere to the regulatory requirements of respective countries.
Transaction Security: All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols to ensure data security. Users are advised to monitor transaction details and report unauthorized activities immediately.
Disputes Related to Payments: For payment disputes, users can contact support within 7 days of the transaction. Resolution will be provided based on platform policies and applicable laws.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
Kunbivadhuvar.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Rajendra Belavale believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6-8 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Kunbivadhuvar.in does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 6-8 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 6-8 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by Rajendra Belavale, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Payments made for premium subscriptions or features on the matrimonial platform are non-refundable unless specified in promotional terms or required by applicable laws. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Use the platform for activities unrelated to matrimony, such as casual dating or fraudulent schemes.
Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
Engage in activities that harm the platform or its users, including hacking and phishing.
8. Content Guidelines
Profiles must include truthful and respectful information.
Uploaded images and content must comply with platform guidelines and local decency norms.
Users grant Kunbivadhuvar.in the right to display their content for service purposes.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Kunbivadhuvar.in is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from user interactions. Users are advised to independently verify profile details before proceeding with marriage discussions.
10. Compliance with Laws
Users must adhere to local, national, and international laws while using the platform. Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
11. Platform Accessibility
The platform complies with global accessibility standards to ensure usability for all, regardless of caste, color, gender, or nationality.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violations of these Terms.
Misuse of the platform for prohibited activities.
Harmful or unlawful conduct.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
